Care, in writing

What the house promises, it prints. Three notices, kept short because they are kept.

Notice I

Shipping &
insurance

Every piece travels insured to its full value, tracked, and signed for — worldwide, at the house’s expense. The packaging is deliberately quiet: no marque on the label, a coded reference in place of the word jewellery, and a seal that shows its history if anyone has been curious.

Dispatch within the week for pieces of the Line; Ahadi commissions travel when you have signed the gouache and the gold has done its part.

Notice II

Returns &
warranty

A piece of the Line may come back within thirty days — unworn, papers intact — with an insured, prepaid label the concierge sends the hour you ask. No forms, no interview.

Ahadi and Taji are made upon your word and are final — the house says this plainly before a covenant begins, not after. Workmanship is warranted for life; resizing within the edition is at no charge, forever.

Notice III

Jewellery
care

Coloured stone dislikes perfume and applause, in that order: dress first, jewels last. Store each piece in its case, apart from its neighbours — diamonds scratch whatever they are introduced to.

Bring the piece to any salon once a year. The atelier will bathe it, tighten every claw, and return it before you have missed it — with a line on the papers recording the visit.
